・Order at pierce.ice.dalnum.50918 You can view the products we carry from the new arrivals on the top page, or from the product category and brand lists. After adding products to your shopping bag, you can review or change your selected products or proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping address, billing address and payment method to complete your purchase.

・Selection of payment method and consumption tax Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or convenience store payment as specified in the payment method.
Payment is confirmed as soon as your purchase is completed, but if the item is out of stock, the payment process will be canceled and you will be notified. (A receipt for your ordered item will be sent to you by email when the item is shipped.)

The total price includes sales tax.

・Shipping costs are 1,000 yen flat rate.
Free shipping for purchases over 15,000 yen (domestic only).

・Completing the purchase process The purchase process will be completed when you enter all the information required for your order and click "Pay now". A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you entered on the purchase process screen. Once the purchase process is complete, we cannot accept any changes to your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours after completing the purchase process, please contact us to check if your order has been processed.

・Order confirmation After completing the purchase procedure, we will send you an order receipt notification email containing the details of your order. After checking the product inventory, we will prepare for shipping and send you a receipt for the relevant products by email. (If your order includes pre-order items, you will be charged at the time of ordering. An invoice for your ordered items will be sent by email when the items are shipped. Your ordered items will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items have been arranged.)

-Pick up in store You can also pick up your ordered items directly at the pierce.ice.dalnum.50918 store.
If you would like to pick up your order in store, please select "Pick up in store" from the menu.
When you come to the store to pick up your order, please present the notification email along with a photo ID. You have 30 days to collect your order from the date of the notification email.

・Delivery days After receiving your order, we will usually ship within 3 business days. If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped at the same time once the arrangements for the pre-order items have been completed. Pre-order items may take more than 30 days to be shipped. When ordering a pre-order item, be sure to check the expected delivery time listed on the product details page.
Once your item has been shipped, you will be notified of the tracking number by email.
Delivery companies deliver between 9:00am and 9:00pm every day, including weekends and holidays. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times.

・Cancelling or changing your order If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via " CONTACT ". Once your order has been prepared for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. For security reasons, we cannot accept changes to your order details, shipping address, or billing address after your order has been confirmed. If you notice any errors, please contact us via " CONTACT ".
